Critical or prolonged health conditions often requires guidance beyond wellness programs which commonly work for other people. Special attention and customized healing plan are required in these cases for faster recovery. We understand and that’s why we offer personal classes, for special conditions only.

We spent years working in fast-paced corporate environments across countries, chasing growth, deadlines, and achievement.

On paper, life looked successful. But somewhere between constant pressure, screen-filled days, endless busyness and eventually a few health struggles of our own, we realized something important:

Wellness is a must for everyone and can never be taken for granted, no matter how successful we are.
It is the foundation of a meaningful life.

We slowly began learning along the way — through yoga, breathwork, books, better habits, and deeper conversations about health and balance.

Prishnama was never really part of the plan. It simply grew from our own journey, and a desire to share ideas with people like us who are also trying to navigate modern life with more calmness and better health, so they can enjoy the beautiful moments of life with their loved ones !
