Prishnama was born from two souls — Priya and Rishabh — who came together with one simple thought: wellness is not only about yoga or gym, it’s about how we live every day.

We believe that being well doesn’t mean everyone has to become an expert in yoga or health. Each person has their own path — some are engineers, some in IT, some artists, some homemakers — and that’s beautiful. We just wish that while people chase their dreams and work hard in their respective fields, they also take a few important steps — zaroori kadam — to keep their body, mind, and emotions balanced before it’s too late. Because only then can we truly enjoy the fruits of our hard work.

Prishnama is our small effort to bring simple wisdom from yoga, our scriptures, and inspiring thinkers from all over the world — so that wellness becomes easy, practical, and a natural part of daily life. We wish to share knowledge that truly works — something that makes your life better without taking too much of your time.
